In December 2010, Larkspur acquired 189 condominium units in a suburb of Jacksonville, FL.   The acquisition was part of a purchase of “fractured-condo” community whereby private owners own a minority of the condominium units.  Larkspur owned and managed the rental program for seven years and sold the asset in December 2017, generating a high-teens IRR.
