As part of the purchase of the Pearman Dairy Shopping Center in Anderson, SC, Larkspur acquired a frontage land parcel that was undeveloped.  Larkspur negotiated with Dollar General to relocate from their “in-line” position in the shopping center and did a “build-to suit” on the front outparcel.  Larkspur then sold the store to a local net-lease investor.
