In June 2012, Larkspur acquired 190 condominium units at the Palms Club in Orlando, Fl.  This was another “fractured condo” community where Larkspur implemented management and operational changes to improve the financial health of the condominium.  Larkspur managed and operated the rental units until December 2018 when it sold to a larger REIT.
